Eligibility & timeframes
- You may return unused, non-perishable items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original packaging and resalable condition.
- Coffee and other consumables are non-returnable, unless damaged or incorrect.
How to return an item
- Please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and address.
- Package your item securely and post it back at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error).
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Refunds
- We only refund the item cost — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your item was faulty or incorrect, we’ll also refund the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
- Please contact us if you wish to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
